Ingredients

  1. 500 gmstinde
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 2 teaspoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil cumin seeds and ginger,garlic paste. Fry for a minute on medium flame.

    Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tinde in the cooker. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Pour water for gravy as desired by you. Cover the cooker with its lid and keep it on high till the first whistle. After the first whistle lowers the flame and cook till 2 whistles. Serve hot.
