Ingredients

  1. 400 gmtinde small sized
  2. 1 tbspmango powder dry
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. 1/4 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slit tinde in between.

    Mix all the spices and stuff 1tsp in each tinda.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add jeera when crackle add tinde.toss and cover well.on low flame cook till softened. Stir in between. Then switch off the flame
