Cut a fowl into pieces and slice a onion.

Melt butter, fry fowls and onions over a medium heat. When onions are tender, turn off the fire. Then add wheat flour and mix very well.

When wheat flour is mixed well, add milk, chicken stock and macaroni. And then fry them over a medium heat until they are thick.

Adjust a taste with a little salt and pepper.

Move the thing you have made into a gratin dish. Put melt, sliced cheese on it and sprinkle powered cheese. And then heat in an oven.

When cheese are brown, take out the thing you have made from an oven. And sprinkle parsley. Completion!
