Corn tortilla chips
Frijoles puercos (refried beans with pork)
1 cupheavy cream (about 250 grams)
1 1/3 cupsshredded cheddar cheese (about 150 grams)
1 1/3 cupsshredded gouda cheese (about 150 grams)
Sliced jalapeños, to taste

Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan. Add the cheeses and chopped jalapeños, and stir well. Cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.

Warm the frijoles puercos and pour them over the tortilla chips.

Pour the cheese sauce over the chips and add some jalapeños.

Add even more cheese sauce if you like. 😋🧀😍
