  • 1 tbsppeanuts
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1 eachchopped cucumber, onion and tomato
  • 1-2chopped green chilli
  • somecoriander leaves
  • As per tastesalt and black pepper
  • as per tastelemon juice
  • as per requirementpomegranate seeds

    Boil peanuts along with salt till tender

    Add chopped veggies

  3. 3

    Add salt, bl pepper and lemon juice

  4. 4

    Garnish with pomegranate and coriander

    Enjoy the highly nutritious peanut salad
