minute.Add the coriander chutney and

Add 1 glass of buttermilk (if not available,use hot water) and cook on a medium
flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the water evaporates, while stirring continuously.Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes

You can add chutney when you add hot water in semolina
Dry roast the semolina in a broad non-stick kadhai on a medium flame for 3 to 4
minutes & keep aside
