Heat pressure cook. Add broken wheat and ghee and roast until light brown.

Add water and cook for 3 whistles.
You can cook in a pan,but it might take a long time to cook. - 3
Once the pressure cooker is cooled down completely, remove the lid and take the cooked broken wheat in a pan.
Add jaggery and mix together well. - 4
Add raisins, cardamom powder and 1 teaspoon of ghee and mix again.

Serve hot.
