Dice the canned pineapple and ham into 1cm*2cm and set aside. Preheat Vitantonio maker.

Mix crispy egg cake, egg, oil, and milk until smooth.

Pour the batter into the the preheated mold until 1/3 of the mold. Place 1 piece of diced pineapple, 1 piece of diced ham, and 3 pieces of shredded mozzarella on the batter. Full each mold with the remaining batter and cover the maker. Cook for 3mins.

Take out the egg cakes and set aside to cool down.
To finish, use a piping bag to decorate the egg cake with melted chocolate.
