For stuffing:-
In a large mixing bowl, add cube cheese,add crushed black pepper,add red chilli powder,add salt mix it well properly.stuffing is ready.keep aside. - 2
Gram flour binding paste recipe:
in a small bowl, take gram flour,add rice flour,add chilli flakes,add salt,add red chilli powder,add coriander powder,add garam masala powder,add turmericpowder,add water little by little and make a thick paste.now batter is ready. - 3
Now take a mushrooms carefully break and remove the stems from them.now take the prepared stuffing and stuff into mushrooms cavity.

Join stems and mushrooms by keeping the stuffing side intact.secure with a toothpick. this is very important, else there is a chance of melting out cheese while deep frying.dip secured mushroom in gram flour batter. cover on all the sides.

Heat oil and place them carefully in the medium hot oil.fry them till they turn golden brown.
drain and place on an absorbent paper.serve cheesy stuffed mushroom hot with tomato ketchup.
