Coarse grind oats in grinder. Now in a deep bowl add oats, suji,besan,carrot,ginger & green chili.

Now add all dry spices in it. Mix them proper. Take 1 cup water, add step by step in it & make a smooth batter.

Pre heat nonstick pan, clean it with the help of napkin. Now spread 2, 3 drop of oil in pan. Take service spoon fill with batter.

Spread into round shape. When proper roast change the side. Cooked it from both sides. If required use some more oil.

Serve it with curd. Chilla easy on mid flame. Tasty, healthy & easy recipe for every one at any time.

I use ready made oats, but if we use raw oats, then for better taste roast it for 2 min.
