Steps

Soak slice with corners in milk and add just a tbsp of vinegar in it. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Chop onion 🧅 green chilli 🌶️ and fresh coriander 🌿 using chopper.

Add boneless chicken along with knorr chicken cube in it.
Add bread in chicken and chop it. Add all in chopper and grind.

Now add ;;Salt Egg Oil Ginger paste Garlic paste Baking Soda Zeera powder Paprika powder Coriander powder Red chilli powder Garam masala powder. Everything should be well combine into fine mixture.

Grease any microwave glass dish and add chicken mixture in it.

Press it nicely with potato masher or with the spoon. Cover it and micro for just 10 minutes.

When needed just add little butter in a pan & saute chunks nicely

Let it cool than cut in chunks.

Freeze in ziplock bags.
