Ingredients

  • 2tablespoon-all purpose flour
  • 2eggs
  • 2large potatoes
  • Pinchsalt
  • Black pepper or any desired spice
  • Carrot (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate the potatoes and the carrot in a bowl

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs in the bowl

  3. 3

    Add the salt and the spice(s) and the flour

  4. 4

    Stir the mixture and avoid crushing the batter

  5. 5

    Oil your pan and spread the batter like pancakes

  6. 6

    Fry until golden brown and do the same on the other side
