Grind suji in a mixer and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add salt and hot water and mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Peel boiled potatoes and mash nicely. Or graye it evenly then mash.

Now transfer mashed potatoes in semolina bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and grated ginger. Add salt, red chilli powder and carrom seeds and mix well.

Now knead a dough by mixing all ingredients. Keep on adding wheat flour till dough is finely kneaded for making poorie.

Apply cooking oil on dough and knead again. Keep aside for 15 minutes covered.

Now knead again for 2-3 minutes. Now make balls by taking a portion of dough. I have prepared 10 balls with this mixture.

Roll the poorie.

Heat oil. Deep fry poorie till golden.

Like wise make all the poories keep in a plate.

Now serve hot these masala poorie in breakfast.
