Boil the potatoes. After the potatoes are boiled take it out and Peelthe potatoes skin out and smash it in a bowl and put arraroot power and salt to taste in it now mix it well. Now make the tikki of the smashed potatoes.

Then take a pan put some oil in it. Put the tikki in it and make it. After in becomes yellow brown then take it out of the pan.

Now take some peas and boil in it a pressure cooker and add some salt, turmeric powder, soda and some oil in it. Bring some 3- 4 wristle in it. And then take it out of the cooker.

Now take the tikki in a plate and put some peas veggie in it. Then put the sweet chutney, yogurt,and tamarind chutney in it. After put all the masalas in it. And black salt to taste.

And then put the bhujiya and chopped onions in it.

Serve it hot.
