For dough -
In mixing bowl add whole wheat flour salt 2 tabspoon oil with water knead soft dough cover it for 15-20min. Keep aside. - 2
For stuffing -
Remove cabbage uppar leaves 2-3 seprate rest of take lukewarm water in vessal dip cabbage leaves for 10min. then drain and strain water keep leaves in strainer for sometime until dry proberly. Then chopped the leaves - 3
Heat oil add cumin seeds when they crackers add ginger paste green chilli saute add chopped cabbage saute well

Now add all dry spices mix well add salt green coriander leaves cook proberly. Now make equal size balls from dough take a ball sprinkle some dry flour roll little thick roti spread oil evenly then add 1 tabspoon stuffing spread lightly press sprinkle dry flour

Cover the edges seal them roll out little thick paratha. Heat up tawa spread oil transfer paratha on it roast both sides till golden in colur.

Your healthy delicious paratha ready to serve.
Serve with curd hot tea coffee.
