Steps

In mixing bowl add all ingredients except water add mix well then add water in small batches knead soft dough and cover keep aside for 2hours.

Mash potato add onion, coriander leaves, chilli,ginger paste, coriander crushed, pomegranate seeds crushed,jeera powder,salt,carom seeds,butter and combine all stuffing is ready.

Knead the dough for few minutes make equal parts,take one flatten it and fill enough stuffing in close the edges,top with coriander leaves, kasuri methi,kalonji flatten it by lightly pressing and roll it in round /oval shape.

Heat tawa apply water on the back of kulcha place it on tawa press the edges and cook for few minutes, then cook the kulcha directly on flame till light brown.

Apply ghee over it. Amritsari Aloo Kulcha is ready to serve with pickle/raita.
