Oats podi dosa with mixed veggies

Dry roast the oats in medium flame

Now add curd,oats,sooji,salt,rice flour and allow it soak for half an hour

Once it got soaked well it will become semi solid consistency

Now add the water to make into a dosa batter consistency

Pour the batter through sides..and add the veggies in the circular
- 6
Now add some gingelly oil and cover it with the lid to get cooked
- 7
Once it get cooked add the idly powder/chilli powder
- 8
Now serve hot with mint chutney and tomato sauce/chutney
