Peel & grate carrot, radish & ginger. Chopped fine chili & onion. Mashed potato.

Now squeeze carrot & radish with the help of muslin cloth. Now all things add to a bowl.

Also add all dry spices, green & ginger. 2 tablespoon oil also add in it. Mix all ingredients properly.

Take wheat flour dough which we use in routine. Now take small size 2 pedas, and roll them thin. Apply some oil to both

Ready material spread on first flat roti proper, now cover it with another flat roti.

Gently press the edge. Now take a fork & make some pressing sign on it. Pre heat tva, put it carefully on it.

When cooking one side spread some oil on it & change the side. Add oil on another side also & roast it till crisp.

Serve it garam garam with curd. (always try that paratha cooked till golden, not in the black spot)

Healthy mix veg paratha is ready to eat.
