Ingredients

4 peoples
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaves
  • 4green chillies
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4onions, sliced
  • 4 spoonsghee
  • 9garlic chopped
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 spooncumin powder
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 250 grmspanner
  • 1 tbspgaram masala

    In a pan 4 spoons ghee as it hits jeera tejpatta South Indian 4 a minute then add sliced onion and tomato brown colour.

    Allow the mixture to cool down transfer this into a mixer jar green and make a smooth paste now in a pan at remaining while as while hits transfer the pest and cool it till while separates then at salt and coriander powder and mix them.

    Now at the water to the gravy late it comes it boys lower the gas cover it will cook it for 5 minutes.

    Now add paneer cubes and paneer masala cook it for another 2 ya 3 minutes on low flame after 3 minutes turn off the gas gravy is ready garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it out with roti and rice.
