Ingredients

12 servings
  1. Crust
  2. 2 cupsgraham cracker crumbs
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  5. Cream Cheese Filling
  6. 1 blockcream cheese (room temp)
  7. 1/2 cupicing sugar
  8. 2 packagesDream whip prepared according to package

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and icing sugar for crust in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Can also make individual cheesecakes.

    Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for filling in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and spreadable.

  3. 3

    Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour filling into the prepared crust.

  4. 4

    Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Add your favorite topping
