Peel the potatoes and cut into the wedges.now in a pan add oil,add cumin seeds,add salt,add turmeric powder,black pepper powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, mix it well

Now add potato wedges and mix it well and cook for 10 min on low flame.

Now aloo jeera fry is ready to serve with poori, paratha, dal chawal.
