Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupoats powder
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 3/4 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 4-6curry leaves
  • 5-6green chilli
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 tbspcitric acid

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add semolina,add besan,add curd,add sugar,add oats powder,add oil add salt mix it well.keep aside for 10 min.and then add water whisk nicely.add baking soda add turmeric powder mix it.

  2. 2

    Take a greased bowl and pour batter into it and keep the bowl in the microwave and cook for 5 min.then turn the bowl upside down on a plate.now dhokla is ready.

  3. 3

    For Tadka Water:-
    In a pan add oil,add mustard seeds, add salt,add sugar, add green chilli,add water, add citric acid mix it well and boil it now dhokla water is ready.now pour the tadka water over dhokla.
