This is an amazing recipe. Turnips - one big reason to like Autumn. Though they are bland and quite unpopular, this dish might just change the stereotype idea. The final product is sweet and spicy curry.

Add meat plus all the ingredients with the exception of turnip, fried onions, coriander and dry fenugreek in a pressure cooker and cook till meat is done.

Allow the water to dry. Add oil and cook till you get a smooth consistency of a masala

Chop and cook turnip apart in water.

Add to meat. Add dry fenugreek. Let it cook on a very low flame for a few minutes till oil shows up. Garnish with fried onions and coriander. Cover casually [no pressure] for another minute. Serve with rice or naan.
