Wash and soak the poha.
And rinse it. - 2
Take a big pan and oil in it and mustard seeds in it. when it's crackled, add onions in it. mix it well and cook it till onions get golden brown then add salt, turmeric powder, peanuts, sugar and mix it well.

Wash the poha,strain it and add in the pan. add coriander leaves. cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame

Serve with sev and onions.
