Steps

Heat up milk, boil. add curd and alum mixture. let milk curdle completely then strain with muslin cloth

Add all flavors. don't over boil. add salt and green coriander leaves and transfer in muslin cloth. squeeze excess waterand put under any heavy thing / rolling board.

Cut into pieces and use for any gravy.
