Wash arbi and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
After 2 whistles, peel it and cut it. - 2
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain, then add green chili and saute them. add salt and mix well. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add arbi and mix well with a spatula. Fry 4 to 5 mins slow flame. Turn off the flame. Serve with poori or paratha.
