Soak ½ cup almonds in boiling water for 30 minutes.
peel the skin and dry with a towel; transfer the almonds into a small blender and add ½ cup pistachios, powder
Over medium low heat in a saucepan prepare the sugar syrup, add 1 cup sugar and ¼ cup water. let it boil, keep checking for right consistency; prepare one string consistency.
Add the almond- pista powder and milk powder.
(add 2 drops of green food color for more bright green color. optional) I did not use food color, - 4
Once the mixture begins to boil, add ghee and cardamom powder. Simmer. Keep stirring it will get thicker and thicker, thick paste will take a shape. transfer it to a box lined with parchment paper. Tap on the counter level it with a spatula. Sprinkle chopped nuts on the top, gently press. Let it rest for20 minutes

Dip knife in hot water and slice into any shape you want to. Transfer to a serving plate. Share with friends and family
