Ingredients

  1. 1 poundsausage meat
  2. 1 poundlean beef ground
  3. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2/3 cupdry bread crumbs,fine
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpoultry seasoning
  6. 2eggs,beaten
  7. 1/4 cuphalf and half

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and bake uncovered in a 350 degrees f. Oven for 1 hour or more till done.
