  • 1 poundlean beef ground
  • 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 2/3 cupdry bread crumbs,fine
  • 1/2 teaspoonpoultry seasoning
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • 1/4 cuphalf and half

    Mix all the ingredients and bake uncovered in a 350 degrees f. Oven for 1 hour or more till done.
