Ingredients

1 pkgimpossible hot sausage
1/4of an onion
1 boxrigatoni
1 jarvodka sauce
1small container ricotta
Shredded mozzarella

Steps

Preheat oven to 350f

Sauté onions and impossible sausage

Boil noodles according to box instructions

Set sausage aside once browned

Drain pasta

Put pasta in a bowl add sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and sausage. Mix well

Pour pasta mixture into baking dish and top with mozzarella

Put dish into oven and bake until cheese is melted
