Steps

Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee. Roast all the ingredients except cardamom powder.

Once cooled grind it to a smooth powder. Now in another pan add ghee and melt the jaggery.

Remove the jaggery pan from the flame. Add the grounded powder, cardamom powder and dry fruits.

Mix well and start binding it. Grease your hands with little ghee. Make balls /ladoos Add milk little by little when required. Oats makhana ladoos are ready.
