In a pan add oil,add Fenugreek seeds,add pumpkin mix it well.

Now combine all the spices and chutney,mix it well properly.now add kasuri methi and cover with plate for 10 min on low flame.

Now open the plate and switch off the gas.kaddu(pumpkin)ki sabzi is ready to serve with chapati/dal chawal/paratha/poori.
