Shrimp Ceviche Tostada

I choose to cook because with very few ingredients and super quickly, I can prepare an appetizer like a restaurant dish but at home! Plus, it's much more economical and healthy because we know exactly what ingredients we're using. The point is you can't miss this tostada because it's a delicacy! Whether you make it for yourself or to treat someone special, you have to try it. I used the avocado sauce I prepared from the TopysKitchen recipe book.

Steps
- 1
Mix the shrimp with the cucumber, onion, lime juice, tamari sauce, cilantro, and pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 2
Add a bit of avocado sauce; I used one I prepared from TopysKitchen, or you can simply add some avocado slices.
- 3
Place the shrimp on top and drizzle with the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce mixture.
