Shrimp Ceviche Tostada

I choose to cook because with very few ingredients and super quickly, I can prepare an appetizer like a restaurant dish but at home! Cooking Instructions

Mix the shrimp with the cucumber, onion, lime juice, tamari sauce, cilantro, and pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Add a bit of avocado sauce; I used one I prepared from TopysKitchen, or you can simply add some avocado slices.

Place the shrimp on top and drizzle with the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce mixture.
