Soak the rice in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes in a bowl, drain.
Break the coconut and collect the water in a glass. You can buy coconut water from grocery stores in our town. I cook rice in electric cooker. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil and coconut water, and coconut milk into the rice cooker and add the rice. cover and turn on the cooker.
