  • 4 tspcurd
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped

    Roast baingan,onion, tomato,chillies completely. Cool them.

    Now remove the skin and chop them. transfer to a bowl,add salt,sugar, coriander leaves and mix it well.
