In a pan add water and bring it to boil. Add couscous, food colour and saffron. Cover and cook on low heat until all the water is absorbed. Add ghee, rose essence and sugar.

Cook stirring continuously until it leaves the pan. Add cardamom powder and almond powder and mix well. Transfer in a plate. Let it cool. Make ladoo and garnish with pistachios. Enjoy this easy recipe for this Diwali.
