In a hot oil add garlic,curry leaves and cumin saute a second,then add green chilli and onion mix well,then it becomes in light Golden color add tomato paste

Add all spices and mix very well and cook it few minutes on high flame then cover it and cook on medium flame.

Now add lal saag and mix very well and cover it to cook in their own water.

Then it get tender completely cook it on high flame to reduce remaining water, add few coriander leaves and dish it out, serve with boiled rice.
