Wash and soak Basmati Rice for 1/2hr. And boiled adding salt khada masala and mint leaves.Cook 80%

Wash and chopp all vegetables. Dice paneer into small pieces. Chopp spinach and coriander and churn to make paste mix curd and paste with boiled rice.

Heat oil in a pan.Crackle cumin seeds, onion slice saute.Add chopped veggi,es potato spring onion turmeric powder salt ginger chilli garlic paste biryani masala,paneer saute.Now Take 1/2 part Vegetables in a plate and spread 1/2portion of rice on a layer of vegetables. Sprinkle chopped coriander mint leaves and birasta.Again make a layer of vegetables. And top layer of rice mixture. Sprinkle chopped coriander birasta,mint leaves and grated paneer. Drizzle melted ghee and milk around the biryani.

Cover and seal it with dough. cook on a slow flame for 5-7min.

For Raita-Beat chilled curd, add chaat masala, grated beetroot, fnely chopped capsicum and coriander. Mix well.ready to serve.

Open and Tasty yummy Hyderabadi Biryani is ready to serve with Beetroot Raita.
