Keep required ingredients ready.

In cooking pan add heat 1 tbsp oil. Add dry spices, dryfruits and saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, ginger pieces and saute for few minutes. Off the flame. Cool it.

Grind roasted spices,onion garlic mixture in mixer jar. Add milk and grind to smooth paste.

In cooking pan add heat 2 tbsp oil. Add grinded paste and saute for 2 minutes.

Add curd and malai, sugar and salt. Mix and saute for 1 minute. Add water and kasuri methi and cook gravy for 2 minutes.

Thaw frozen malai paneer as per instruction on packet.
Add thawed paneer pieces in prepared white gravy. Mix gently and cook for 2 minutes. - 8
Serve/ Relish Delicious Paneer Nawabi garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cashewnuts.
