Heat cooking oil and sesame oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic, onion, carrot, meatballs, a pinch of salt, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, and granulated sugar. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add enough water. Add the remaining seasonings and adjust the taste!

Once boiling, add the cauliflower. Cover the pan briefly until the cauliflower softens slightly. Then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until the desired thickness is reached. Turn off the heat, remove, and serve.
