Uttappam Waffles is an amazing twist to the evergreen Breakfast of many people in the South. A complete meal in itself, it is very healthy and filling too. It can be fed to the very young children and the elderly too because of its soft texture. By far it remains a favourite of mine and I do hope your's too. Doing them in a Waffle maker is a healthy option and hence it's much better as well.

It's a great option on any day for all. And it's not a big hassle too. The batter stays fresh in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. This way it becomes quite handy too. All in all, it's always a pleasure working on perfect Uttappams in the kitchen for your family. But this time I did it in a Waffle maker for my family. Absolutely easy and effortlessly done in no time at all. You will just love it. The texture and the flavour remains intact. Soft and fluffy to the last bite. This is sheer bliss. Vegetables can be of your choice. That's it. As easy as that. It's absolutely perfect for any private party or get together or also on a weekend for a delicious Breakfast aa well.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
