Ingredients

  1. 2 cansMexicorn
  2. 1 canRotel (Mild or Hot)
  3. 2 cupsshredded Cheddar
  4. 4-6green onions - sliced
  5. 1 cupMayo of your choice
  6. 8 ouncessour cream
  7. 1/2 bunchcilantro shredded up (you can add more if you love cilantro)

I do. Only about a teaspoon of liquid comes out, unlike the corn where the water pours out. So, maybe it's not that big of a deal to leave it in the can but I do drain it so it's not extra runny.
