Ingredients

  1. 1 canhot or regular bean dip (9oz)
  2. 1/2 cantomato paste
  3. 1 cangreen chiles (4oz)
  4. 2large avocados
  5. 2 tsplime juice
  6. 1/2 tspLawrys Seasoning Salt
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream
  8. 1/2 cupReal Mayonnaise
  9. 1 packagesTaco seasoning
  10. 2large green onions chopped
  11. 14oz jar chopped pimentos drained
  12. 5or 6 slices jarred jalapeño peppers chopped
  13. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese or Mexican four cheese mix
  14. 10small cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl combine bean dip, tomato paste and green chiles.

    Spread in a 12" round pie dish.

  3. 3

    (I rinse out the same bowl and reuse in each step) Now scoop out the meat of the avacado and put in bowl. Smash and add lime juice and Lawrys seasoning salt. Mix well. Spread on bean mixture. **you can use your favorite pre-made guacamole instead if desired**

    In bowl combine sour cream , mayo and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on avocado layer.

    In bowl mix chopped green onion, pimentos and chopped jalapeño slices. Sprinkle over sour cream mixture.

    Top with shredded cheese. Slice tomatoes in half and add on top of cheese.

    Chill until ready to serve. Use tortilla chips to dip.
