In a pan add suji, and roast it without ghee for 3 min. After that add ghee, and roast it again for 2 min.

Now add besan to pan & roast it till light brown on mid-flame. On another side make sugar syrup and add saffron & cardamom.

Check the material if you feel an aroma & ghee come out the sides of the pan, add almonds.

After 1 min, add sugar syrup in the pan very carefully. (water ratio in halwa is double of flours) stir it and continues on low flame.

When 85 percent of water is absorbed, off the flame. Cove it with a lid & leave for 5 min. After that open it & add 1 teaspoon of ghee to it.

15 percent water absorbed the flour without flame & making it fluffy & soft. When serve garnish it with pistachios slices.
