Besan Ki Chakki { Mohanthaal }

Heat ghee in a pan add Besan & roast it till the aroma comes or light brown in color ; remove from gas & add milk powder paste & stir it nicely;again put on gas & roast till brown in color { like almond peel }

Keep aside & add sliced almonds pistachio cardamom powder javitri & Jariphal powder

In another pan add sugar saffron & water & make 1-1/2 string chasni
Add in the Besan mixture & stir it nicelyNow take a greased plate & pour the Besan mixture; when little cool put silver work on it

After 2-3 hrs when it’s set properly cut it into square pieces
If you want you can put some sliced almonds & pistachio on it & some saffron water sprinkle on it
Tasty & yummy besan ki chakki is ready to serve & eat
