Ingredients

3/4 cupclub soda
4mint leaves for garnish
2 cupsice cubes
8 tspsugar
3/4 cuppineapple juice
1/2 cupsorange juice
3/4 cup80-proof white rum

Steps

In a pitcher, stir 8 tsp sugar with 1 1/2 cups orange juice until the sugar is dissolved.
Add 3/4 cup white rum and 3/4 cup pineapple juice. Stir to combine.

Top the glasses with ice. Portion the juice into each glass. Slowly pour the soda on top and serve.
Garnish with mint leaves and orange wedges (if desired). Enjoy!
