  • Mushrooms
  • Bell peppers
  • Quinoa cilantro
  • Zucchini
  • Cucumber & Avocado

Steps

  1. 1

    Add quinoa to pot and spring water, fill the spring water to the top of the pot you are using, and add a bay leaf turn on low and let it cook

  2. 2

    When quinoa is done, add your mushrooms and bellpeppers to a skillet and add onion powered annato, basil, coriander, sage, sea salt, and oregano

  3. 3

    One done add zucchini it should be left over seasoning in your skillet so you shouldn’t have to add any for zucchini so let that cook on both sides

  4. 4

    Plate everything together add your cut up cucumbers and quinoa, your bell peppers and mushrooms and your quinoa and InJOY
