Ingredients

  1. 1 lblow fat ground meat
  2. 1 1/2 Cdry white rice
  3. 1 1/2 CShredded cheese
  4. 6 slicesbacon, crumbled
  5. 3pickles, diced
  6. 1red onion, diced
  7. 15 ozcan diced tomatoes, drained
  8. 1/4 Cketchup
  9. 1/4 Clight mayo
  10. 2 Tyellow mustard
  11. 2 Tworcestershire sauce
  12. 2 Tpickle juice
  13. 1 tgarlic powder
  14. 1 tonion powder
  15. 1 tdill
  16. 1/4 tsmoked paprika
  17. s & p to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cook your bacon, and set aside.

    Same skillet, keeping the bacon fat, add in your ground beef and break up. Add in the onion and let it cook a bit. At this point go ahead and cook your rice.

    In a mixing or measuring bowl, combine the ketchup, light mayo, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill and smoked paprika. Set aside.

    Once the meat is cooked, reduce the heat to a simmer and add in the sauce you just combined and the drained diced tomatoes. Mix well and let simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

    When completed, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Top with diced pickles and shredded cheese to taste.
