Honey and Butter Potatoes

Measure the soy sauce. Dice the potatoes.

Add water and salt to the potatoes. Add in the soy sauce. Stat to boil the potatoes and add the butter.

Drain half the liquids off. Add the honey. Add cornstarch to the water and stir.

Bring the liquids to a simmer pour in the cornstarch solution. Allow to thicken. Let rest 4 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
