Ingredients

  1. 1 canfried dace with salted black bean
  2. 300 gromaine lettuce
  3. 1/2 tablespoongarlic powder
  4. 1 teaspoonchilli pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the stem. Cut the leaves into 4 parts. Rinse with water, drain and leave aside.

    Open the can. Remove the dace from it. Tear it into pieces by hand. Leave the black beans in the can for later use.

    Heat up the frying pan with medium heat. Add the dace, garlic powder and chilli pepper powder. Mix evenly.

    Add the romaine lettuce, mix evenly.

    Add 2 tablespoons of the salted black beans from the can, omitting its oil to reduce saltiness. Mix evenly.

    Ready to serve with porridge or cooked rice.
